Instant Konjac glucomannan pasta recipes

300 grams leg ham
2 1/2 cups konjac glucomannan pasta
1 small spanish onions -- thinly sliced
100 grams black olives
1 large zucchini
400 grams canned artichokes -- drained
DRESSING
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh basil -- chopped
ground pepper

Drain and rinse konjac pasta.
cut ham into thin strips. Cut zucchini into thin strips, or grate. Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.
Assemble salad in a medium bowl, mixing all ingredients gently together
Combine dressing ingredients in a covered container, shake well. pour dressing over salad.
Serving Size : 4
